Sourced from a single family farm in Monastir, Tunisia, this Tunisian extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% organic Chemlali olives. Our olives are hand-selected from and crushed immediately after harvest to ensure freshness and quality.
This oil is unfiltered to maximize flavor - there will be some olive sediment in the bottle, but a richer aroma and taste; the low acidity level in our Damya Organic Unfiltered makes it a flavorful and versatile addition to almost any dish.

About Chemlali Olives
Chemlali comes from a vigorous tree resistant to arid conditions; it gives a fruity olive oil that is not too bitter with pleasant flavors of green almond especially at the beginning of the harvest. Particularly widespread in central and southern regions of Tunisia, Chemlali Olives guarantee high levels of polyphenols.
